They could do a lot worse than Vance Hanner.
I'm sure there will be a lot of interest in this job given the community support, etc. It's a desirable job.
An arrest doesn't necessary mean a conviction and we have seen some unwarranted arrests in the past. I know nothing about the situation and maybe you do not sure we should rush to judgement.
agreed BK, but without putting too much out there, this isn't Adams first run in like this, and there seems to be some quite a bit of legitimacy to this.

Hanner was doing a great job at East. Why did he leave.
I'll give Adams his basic "not guilty until proven so," respect but regardless due to how society is now he's in a hole. No one wants that stigma on them now-a-days.Has more info about what happened came out yet?
Hanner would be a good pick though for Ledford; he did a good job at East making them more respectable. If they don't want him I'm sure they could litterally pick whoever they want.
