What do you think Mr Lincolnton? Have you heard how the Wolves are going to look this year. We’re hoping for a good game tomorrow night. Dry and cooler would be nice, especially for the players.

Lincolnton will be young and small. New (but familiar) coaching, new offense, sophomore QB. He’s a playmaker but needs his o-line to hold up. Will struggle to score, maybe even to get first downs. I think the defense is solid and has a lot of athletes. Just hope they aren’t on the field all night. I’d say something like SP 24-7 if I had to guess.
SPRaiders78, what I've heard is similar to LTown Wolves. There aren't a lot of positives. It's a step at a time for us.

Just to let everybody know, you won’t need to pack your toe-bogging or your hand warmers tonight. Even after the sun goes down it won’t be that cool.

In spite of the win, SP has a lot of work to do. Riley made a lot of big plays up the middle and accounted for most of SP's yardage. It is hard to tell as SP's QB was out due to just coming out of COVID protocol and not having required practice. Backup QB went out very early in 1st series and played the rest of the way with 3rd QB and JV QB. SP needs to throw more as Lincolnton had everyone playing up and made it difficult to move on the edges. SP threw two times and they were both caught. One by the Wolves and a long TD to Blee. Hard to tell whether SP D played well or that Lincolnton has issues. The Lincolnton QB was really good, but a one man show. He would be great in a Raider uniform.
