Looks like the team from PA is dominating the game so far.

We need to start overlapping the midfielders more. Without those exchanges our offense is predictable. We have the best back line in the country - need to trust them more.

Clearly outplayed in first half. Need to make some adjustments. As the second half moves along we will need to take more chances until we get the equalizer. Murphy will need to be up to the challenge.

It's because PSU is playing soccer's version of the neutral zone trap, clogging the middle of the field with midfielders. Our girls did some good work there at the end of the first half breaking past them. Hopefully they can build on that in the second half and put a couple in the net

Difference to me is in the midfield, where PSU is simply controlling the play decisively. We can't maintain possession and build anything up - had one chance a few minutes ago and one of the midfielders launched the ball over the PSU net rather than continuing to move the ball around.

Wow, dodged another bullet there - the PSU player beat Murphy, I think - hard to tell - Murphy may have gotten a finger on it and if she did that was an amazing save, but it went off the post and right back into Murphy's arms. PSU simply dominating. They also look faster.
