I started a thread about Lang on the Hawkeye side. He's a POS, and a provocateur. He's a grifter. He's doing this for attention. But, I also wonder if the man has a death wish? He pulled a similar stunt in Michigan last week trying to agitate a group of Muslims. He got beat up in Minneapolis earlier this year.
It's like he wants to be a martyr for the white race.

Some of the people protecting Lang have a generic "Security", badge. Not sure who they were. I saw some Feds, and a bunch of local cops. I feel sorry for the ones taking the brunt of the response, unless they want to be up in the bed of the truck with Lang. Sadly a bunch of them probably feel like he does.
Also sad that this administration feels more strongly about protecting Lang's free speech, than protecting the speech of people who don't like masked goons shooting American citizens in the back as they are being restrained by half a dozen other masked goons.

Some highlights:

A. 2. In his honor and to perpetuate his legacy as a martyr for truth, faith, and the First Amendment, each institution within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education shall establish on its campus a dedicated square or plaza;

B. Each institution of higher education within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education shall designate and develop a prominent area on its main campus as the Charlie Kirk Memorial Plaza. The square or plaza shall be located in a highly visible and easily accessible location, such as near the central quad, student union, or main entrance pathways, to maximize public awareness and utilization.

E. Each square or plaza shall include permanent signage commemorating Charlie Kirk’s courage and faith and explaining the significance of Charlie Kirk as a voice of a generation, modern civil rights leader, vocal Christian, martyr for truth and faith, and free speech advocate. Square or plaza plans shall include a statue of Charlie Kirk sitting at a table with an empty seat across from him or a statue of Charlie Kirk and his wife standing and holding their children in their arms as a central element of the square or plaza design. The statue design and size shall be approved by the Legislature as part of the overall design review and approval process.


I mean, I suppose it is inaccurate since the post mentions nothing about a prominent "square or plaza" and features only a bust of Kirk rather than the more substantial imagery required in the bill.
