Max Preps 2a rankings after week 8

Is there a limit on how many teams from each conference can make the playoffs or is it totally RPI? I know you understand this system a lot better than I do.

We have a strong conference so a lot of us will make it

I only expect 3 from our conference to make it. If the 4th does they will definitely barely make it in. I think we had 4 make it this past season.
