lol. Same hereLol high major, elite rebounder and shot blocker. This is why I doubt any fan descriptions until I see the player myself
Yea if you don't consider any actual context. This was essentially a preferred walk-on who got zero real minutes and never accumulated an actual statistic in non-garbage time. That's like saying getting David Gabriel is a high major transfer.I mean Big East is high major
Gus got plenty of chances and imo, implying the two Shu careers were similar is crazy.Gus Yalden didn't get much playing time here. Once he went to Vermont he became a scoring machine, averaging 16 ppg and dropping 29 pts against Princeton.
Sometimes going down a level really makes a difference. I hope he gets a chance to play and puts up some good numbers in the mid-major level.
I was not implying their careers were similar. My point simply was that sometimes players that did not do well here, bloom elsewhere. Darnell Brodie got very little playing time here but excelled at Drake. Big men sometimes take longer to develop. Again my point is to say that maybe Mbaye will block some shots and score a few points elsewhere, if he gets an opportunity. Down a level seems perfect. I was making this point to counteract the negativity and ridicule of Mbaye. Maybe posters do that because one particular poster was obsessed with Mbaye. But it's still not a good look.Gus got plenty of chances and imo, implying the two Shu careers were similar is crazy.
I wish mbaye well.
I hope so. It would be good to have him on our roster. Is Godswill still on the open market?
Looks like the price may be droppingInjured and asking for way too much money. This is not happening.
to be fair nobody here ever mentioned or even thought for one second about Mbaye until that clown shu67 made it his weird personal obsession to act as if he was a future first round pick.I was making this point to counteract the negativity and ridicule of Mbaye. Maybe posters do that because one particular poster was obsessed with Mbaye. But it's still not a good look.
