Saban's retirement is going to hurt coaches in need of career rehabilitation.

It's unreasonable to expect results with the caliber of talent at Rutgers, BC or Alabama.
Nobody could have a good offense with those rosters.....

Agreed, but at least he gave coaches second chances and its not like his teams did that bad
