Man I’m still trying to process what I watched lol. That game was wild. Davie jumped up 13-0 in under 2 minutes. I instantly had flashbacks to 2017. Then Mooresville woke up in a big big way. I loved our offensive play calling. Great game big Blue!

Very exciting "first half". Mooresville has great team speed and two very fast WR's that present a vertical threat at any time and a strong running RB. It was my first trip down to Mooresville to watch a game. Top notch field and school! The turf must have held a lot of moisture from an earlier rain. I noticed both teams had players struggling to get a grip on the ball at times.
Yeah they just installed the new playing surface this year. We’ve still got some growing pains to work through with having a new QB out there, but I didn’t think he was bad for his first true start.
I left that game extremely impressed with the Davie QB and the RB.. man those two are really really really good. Davie will win a good number of games this year with those two. It was nice to see Tate carney out there.. I met he and his brother a few years ago when they had gone to Davidson day. Extremely nice kids. Best of luck to the war eagles the rest of the way
