Thoughts? I'm guessing similar outcome as first 2 weeks. Wish it could be competitive, but just don't see it. I might be wrong

Im just ready for next week, enough with these scout teams. Its time to find out who really wants to play football.
Usually someone will post the JV game score on the JV message board after the game ends.
The rain threat killed the crowd for the season opener vs. McMichael ... it will probably do the same tonight with Morehead coming to Reidsville. With only five home games (the other three are against conference teams that are not known for strong travel fans), this could be a bad year for Reidsville gate receipts for the regular season.
Well I could be wrong who knows who 2nd in county is all pathetic no excuses for either just awful will only beat each other
Morehead had a tremendous senior dominated team in 2015 and reached the third round of the playoffs and was within a minute of reaching the regional championship game -- lost to Rocky Mount 35-31. There wasn't much left for new coach Lin Stadler although the Blackstock kid (no. 90) is one of the best DLs around.
That does not answer my question. Which programs can you say these 3 have been competitive with over a stretch of time? Yea morehead had 1 good season (maybe 2 don't remember what they did the season before) since who knows when and now it's back to the norm (personally think Stadler was a bad hire hopefully he proves me wrong) unless you tell me morehead has a bunch of kids that have never played football before then losing seniors doesn't mean you can't compete and win games. And as far as the other two mcmichael's program needs tons of work and improvement and the rock doesn't beat anyone of note unless you want to count the one year they had a senior laden squad and made a lil noise. Bottom line is these programs are mediocre to avg on their best days. And from what I've seen this season neither will win much.
Correct ... these three programs only surface from the bottom of the conference quagmire every once in a while. Nothing sustained, no history and tradition. Morehead knows all about what history and tradition mean in wrestling.
When talking about the other three county teams you must factor in that they are in one of the toughest 3A conferences around. Eastern Alamance, Northern Guilford, & Western Alamance have been in the championship mix for several years. Eastern Guilford & Burlington Williams aretough teams. NE Guilford has fallen lately but used to be tougher. A .500 conference record is a good year.
Rammer16....I hear you but even a blind hog finds an acorn once in a while (Morehead last year)....but you would think that the other county schools could at least build a program that would be competitive every year.....Morehead used to be a very good program decades ago.....but RC and McMichael ?? Still waiting after all these years...............

That's good for those individual wrestlers but how does the team fair vs other teams? To keep in touch with original topic I'm sure the other 3 county teams have had quality individual players in football but not the teams.
