I'm beginning to agree on the "know nothing".

I suspect it might be people being intentionally obtuse or irrationally exuberant, because there ARE people here that watch alot of college football and yet still make questionable statements devoid of any reality.
One can "watch" without "seeing," if you get my meaning.

So the big feathers in Schiano's cap are Northwestern with an interim coach and Virginia Tech who lost to Marshall. Goosebumps. Can a NC be far behind??
and at the time, both those teams were a trainwreck

glad we won but they were a small step up from Wagner

Just using your own definitions of Massey Top 60.

Why not set the Massey goal to something unhinged, like claiming top 15 teams are not top tier?
I already agreed with you that Iowa is every bit as good as Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State and Michigan. Every bit. So there was no way we could've scored on them. None. It's asking too much after 4 years and without a field house and more $$$$$ and a raise and extension.

But one of them is ranked in the 50s, NOT the 60s, and THAT makes all the difference. They're great, great teams.
