Odd that the East position is posted but there's been no press release on a firing/resignation. I realize the kid that they hired for the Times-News is also covering sports for the AC-T now but both papers pretty much get their info off of Twitter anyway.
The sports writers for both of those local papers are a few fries short of a happy meal. And probably need to wear a protective helmet in public.

The AC-T guy that just left was meh. The Blue Ridge Now guy is a nice guy, just young. But that's why they're working there. Young and cheap.
Gannett destroys every paper they own. The last good writer they had in AVL was Andrew Pearson. I go back and look at those papers in the 70's and 80's and shake my head.

Principal And Football coach Have Limestone ties, I heard the Principal was moving . But I guess not. The AD is an ok guy, This young man comes from a fine Family his mother was a great great principal , his Dad is a good Dude.
