Moving On To Elkin vs Mount Airy Friday

Does Elkin have any injuries and being it is @ Mount Airy what are everyone's thoughts on this game. They beat East Wilkes 35-28 is all I have to go on and it is Mount Airy's 2nd game this week.

Adkins may figure a way to keep his 1st string in most of the game by playing some 2nd & 1st the whole game. They have to get used to playing more than the 1st half. JMO, probably wrong.

I feel ya TD..but they need to put Elkin away early..and rest the Studs...it's too close to Post Season to injure your star players on a game that will be way out of hand before it even starts honestly.

Not only is Elkin down but they are injured as well.

MA will score at will and Elkin probably will not score.

I think Elkin QB is hurt. Ik them and Alleghany will not play MA JV bc they need kids from JV to play varcity to feel in.

I am almost positive Elkin QB broke collar bone in Starmount game, was taken by EMS to hospital. At least that is what I saw and then heard someone "confirm" it later. He was their best player.
Game will not be pretty.

By the way, has the JV schedule ending? If yes, then JK, Coach Extraordinaire, will not have to worry about the "8 quarter" rule and can use them much earlier if the game is as out of hand as I think it could be? Does anyone know the answer?

I think differently as soon as it goes to a running clock. Also, I think most if not all JVs will be dressed out. Good moral builder for the JVs.
