FAU was always a thorn in Stansbury's side. Lost to them in 2010 and almost did again last year. Will be an interesting game.

Im new here, but i wish we had more posts with substance and less posts trying to be glib and smartass. but...thats just me.

Apparently, FAU has a big center who I think will give us trouble. They hung around with UNC in the first half. They are very similar to us this year because they had a lot of turnover from last year. I read somewhere that this is one of the best group of kids they have ever brought in before. Should be interesting.

I'm in complete agreement. Being quick with the sarcastic remarks that makes you feel cool lost its appeal to me around the end of my freshman year of college. Maybe I should go over to genes page if i wanna get real bulldog sports talk...oh, wait.

Uh-oh FAU has a center. Can Lewis do better than fouling out in 16 minutes with 3 points, 2 boards and 4 turnovers?

Ware was excellent in all aspects in the first game... I can easily see Lewis' role being the same as previous years soon if he doesn't really show some improvement in the next few games.

Is Roquez officially cleared yet? Anyone know? We have really got to have that 8th man for depth...

I don't know. Can he foul out in less than 16 minutes? Cause that would probably be a lot better for us. I don't expect to see Lewis in the starting lineup by mid-season.

obviously, im in over my head with you guys. forgive my insolence. I will go back to reading the board, and seperating the wheat from the chafe. Im prolly too old for this board, anyway. wont mention it again. carry on. (and fwiw, my first panic show of 27 concerts now was amazing.)

If you are basing that on the one game career of Gavin Ware, I would hold up a little bit. I haven't heard stellar things about Ware's abilities. Not that much different from Lewis. Of course if you have two similarly skilled guys and you know you are going to suck, why not play the young one.

hahaha you really are a rookie if you have only been to 27 panic shows and you still count them.

Well, in that one game Ware has done more than Lewis has done in 2+ years so I'm willing to take my chances with Ware. Agree it's just one game, but it's not like he can be any worse than Lewis so why not give him a shot?
