Armstrong may have done us a favor. If he stays Zimmerman is probably head coach at NC State. And he had a lot to do with the last 2 seasons. Saw an interview by LA media with Macey Hodge a couple of months ago (she’s playing with LA NWSL team). When she talked about her time at MSU she didn’t mention Armstrong, but did talk about Zimmerman. He wouldn’t have kept the veterans if the players didn’t believe in him.

Good point. Just grinds my gears that a) Cohen, an MSU alum and supposedly one of us, decided to poach our coach and b) Armstrong jumped so quickly after an historic season and barely even being here for a cup of coffee for a lateral move at best. I'd be more forgiving if it were Florida, a traditional juggernaut of SEC soccer. Regardless, we're still winning and look like we're set up for future success, which is what really matters.
