Or he really is not that worried about all this. Redmond is still at practice. I'm guessing this is like some free shoes or something territory. He certainly doesn't seem like a coach huddled in a war room trying to formulate a response.

That was too funny. Dan knew exactly why he was asking, but he wasn't going to make it easy. If Locke thinks he's going to trick anyone Mullen with a question like that he deserves the answer he got. I'm going to quit following him, too.

I disagree.... It looks more like Mullen is pissed about how this came out more than him being awkward. We have all seen coaches crawfish when it's a bad deal, but Mullen doesn't do that. He seems to enjoy 17ing with guys like Locke, who well deserve it and that seems to be what he is doing in that interview.
Why are you guys following him around? Can't you just get his news on the internet?

Locke's a bear fan. I saw him myself in Gainsville a few yrs ago the night before Mullen beat Meyer wearing bear apparel in a bar across the street from the stadium. What bothers me is we still have people that follow this 17ing clown shoe. All he does is copy other people **** or retweet others imformation.

Mullen didn't do himself any favors in that interview. Lot of similarities to Baghdad Bob when it got around to the Redmond questioning. Perhaps someone might also recommend to not bring the 24 oz styro to the interviews anymore either. The nervous chatter of rattling ice along with we don't discuss injuries was quite telling.

Personally, I wouldn't talk about either to the public and anything people found "telling" about badgering me on those issues would just be their perception. Not indicative of guilt or innocence at all.

I don't think anybody asked about an injury to Redmond. Mullen was deflecting and he did a poor job of it when he tried that silly maneuver by even bringing it up. No harm though. Just have your **** together when you jump into an interview session with these guys and you already know the question is coming. And get rid of the rattling ice and gulping water out of the styro gig. It looks stupid and unprofessional.
