I still think Wemby is going to have a great career if he can stay healthy, but I bet he’d like to have those last 15 seconds or so back. Catastrophic careless turnover and then missed a really good look at the potential game winner.

What a crazy run the Knicks have going on. What is that, 13, 14 in a row?

If they close this in 4..

It has to be considered the greatest championship run ever right? Sweeping the last 3 series to a title. Best team ever?

Ive been saying it for weeks, they are playing basketball on a level that doesnt make sense. Its like every player is the Jordan/LeBron of their own role. They are playing it perfectly. Its hard to beat.

He had a careless turnover in game one towards the end as well. He's just gotta grow into the absolute alien he is. I can't imagine this dude in a few years.

Their chemistry is unmatched - the motion they have on offense. Brunson is the highest intangible player we've seen in the NBA in a while. It's almost like when the ball is in his hands, he gives off a glow like a video game. These three guys having played in college together are the core of that.

Im fairness to Spurs, they are just so young. I take nothing away from them this series, no one looks like they dont belong.. but its like Jordan playing the Celtics or Pistons early. They will get there.
Imbalanced roster - 4 guards and an alien going up against a real versatile and strong 5 like KAT, and OG. SA is going to have to find someone at the 4 that brings some muscle as they don't need Champagnie and Vassell there. They've gotten physically overmatched in this one.

The Knicks are so seasoned and connected.

It's a weird team, and kind of easy to respect because of it. You have the 3 Villanova guys, Brunson clearly being #1, and when the Knicks signed Brunson the reaction was along the lines of "the Knicks couldn't get anyone they really wanted so they just wasted a lot of money on Jalen Brunson". You have KAT, and when the Knicks traded for him there was a lot of "Nice try, but you can't win with him".

And then they spent time under Tom Thibodeau. I don't think this team would be possible without his influence, but because of how he coaches, I also don't think they'd be where they are this year if he was still the coach.

Best team ever? I guess ur too young to remember some of the 80s Celtics and Lakers or 90s bulls.

As for best run, 2001 Lakers lost 1 game n OT and swept the western conference. That included sweeping the spurs and kings. Iverson beating them n LA in OT in game 1 of nba finals to prevent an undefeated run still annoys me.

That game was legendary, though.

Not a fan of hero-ball in general (it's a team game), and hero-ball players tend to be severely overrated (Iverson, Kobe, many more) but when it can be pulled off at the highest level, it is memorable.

I'm not the biggest KAT fan either but right now he is the mvp of this series. If the Knicks win (which it looks like they will) he will be the mvp.
How can you not be a KAT fan. Dude almost single handily saved our best season ever under Cal outside 2012. One bad game kept that team from all time glory.

Kobe is "overrated"? Dear god we have some absolutely brainless fans. Do tell how Kobe is "overrated"?
