Some new details on the Blake story:

The cops involved in the shooting of Jacob Blake — which touched off a fresh wave of angry, anti-police sentiment across the country — were attempting to arrest him for violating a restraining order stemming from an alleged sexual assault, The Post has learned.

Blake, 29, was forbidden from going to the Kenosha home of his alleged victim from the May 3 incident, and police were dispatched Sunday following a 911 call saying he was there.

The responding officers were aware he had an open warrant for felony sexual assault, according to dispatch records and the Kenosha Professional Police Association, which released a statement on the incident on Friday.

That police union statement also claimed that Blake was armed with a knife at the time of the shooting — and had put one cop in a headlock and shrugged off two Taser attempts while resisting arrest.

Blake, who was paralyzed in the shooting, had been handcuffed to his hospital bed due to the warrant, which was vacated Friday, according to a statement released by his lawyer, Benjamin Crump. His restraints were removed, but he is still facing the criminal charges, Crump said.

Blake is accused in the criminal complaint, which was obtained by The Post, of breaking into the home of a woman he knew and sexually assaulting her.

The victim, who is only identified by her initials in the paperwork, told police she was asleep in bed with one of her children when Blake came into the room around 6 a.m. and allegedly said “I want my sh-t,” the record states.

She told cops Blake then used his finger to sexually assault her, sniffed it and said, “Smells like you’ve been with other men,” the criminal complaint alleges.

The officer who took her statement said she “had a very difficult time telling him this and cried as she told how the defendant assaulted her.”

The alleged victim said Blake “penetrating her digitally caused her pain and humiliation and was done without her consent” and she was “very humiliated and upset by the sexual assault,” the record states.

She told police she “was upset but collected herself” and then allegedly ran out the front door after Blake, the complaint says. She then realized her car was missing, checked her purse and saw the keys were missing and then “immediately called 911,” the complaint alleges.

The alleged victim told cops she has known him for eight years and claims that he physically assaults her “around twice a year when he drinks heavily.”

Police filed charges against him for felony sexual assault, trespassing and domestic abuse in July when a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Sunday, within three minutes of responding to the 911 call, Blake was shot 7 times in the back as he attempted to get into his car.

Calls to Blake’s fiance, Crump and the Kenosha Police Department have gone unreturned.

Gee, but they told me he was just "trying to "break up a fight"....

“They” also said he was wanted for sexual assault of a 13 year old. Seems that wasn’t true, but that doesn’t stop certain posters from posting it over and over again.

I'm sure the #metoo movement is waiting to give the police officer a medal.

it's so funny, even their anecdotes (that the movement lives by) much of the time blow straight the f up in their face.

Certainly, losing Schroeder was a bigger loss than PJ Tucker, but this was finally a game where the Rockets had their big 3 together. I think the Lakers will have their hands full. RoCo will do a decent enough job disrupting Lebron. AD will get his, small ball and all. But Rockets are just going to bomb it from 3. Going to be a fun series.

..and I don't think any team benefited more than Houston from the shutdown. We might have been down a game without Westbrook. Keep on protesting and Boycotting! hahaha

Schroeder ejection was the nail in the coffin but I don’t think OKC had much of a chance at a comeback anyway . Shai and Gallo never got it going and that was the key to the Rockets winning with ease .

Agreed. That video illustrates my point and especially to a lot of people on this board. Tolerate blacks win they win games otherwise they wouldn’t give a damn about them. It’s closet racism. To think people are more upset about lebron than the actual cop who shot a dude 7 times Is absolutely disgraceful. But sadly that woman in the video represents a lot of the sentiment of so called Kentucky fans.

that is total BS and a flat out lie to fit your agenda

Whoever allowed Dort to shoot as many 1st quarter shots as the rest of the starters combined should be fired.

Billy Donovan . Tough dilemma . He’s a very good defender but he had a terrible shooting day yesterday . Good strategy by Houston

Very surprised by Boston. WIth how well Toronto was playing, and the fact that the 76ers, as they stand now with Simmons injured, just aren't that great... I thought there was a chance Toronto would sweep them, or certainly win by 5, 6 at the most.

I wonder if Cauley-Stein could have helped the Mavs after KP went down. Totally understand why he opted out, with his sickle cell issues, and the unknowns of the virus. But the Mavs could use another big man in addition to Boban the Giant right now.

Ya'know.. that might not have been a big deal, if he didn't just try and flat-tire Luka the game prior.

Not to mention about a hundred or so other little incidents over the years. The Morris twins have been pulling this dirty **** for well over a decade now, both at Kansas and in the NBA. Nobody should be buying their excuses any longer.

If I was a youth coach, I would want my team to emulate Kawhi. No one plays harder than him, and he rarely gets upset.

Great effort by the Mavs, I thought they were ready to pack it up and go home. They haven't shot well at all until now.

Not just WCS but they are also missing Dwight Powell he has been good for them when healthy .

Also missing Jalen Brunson(not bad since Burke has been good) and Courtney Lee. I didn’t realize they were missing that many until the other day .

Yes, Powell would have definitely helped too. Jalen Brunson adds a lot of toughness that they were lacking in this series. But there was no way either of those guys could have played. Pretty good season for the Mavs overall.

Now, I just want a former UK player to get a ring.
