The NCAA announced Friday's 11 a.m. ET conference call, but did not specify which sport it involved.
A source confirmed that the infractions are considered major in nature and are likely to include some elements of self-imposed penalties related to recruiting. A source also confirmed that former wide receivers coach Angelo Mirando is a key element to the infractions and that head coach Dan Mullen is not expected to be directly implicated.

The first step to getting better is to STFU about anybody...ANYBODY else cheating. We bring the wrath on ourselves with **** like telling the NCAA we were outbid for Cam. Then all the accusations about Freeze that can't be proven. You can't do that **** and then be doing the same stuff. So we send the NCAA to do what? Talk to the players who chose Ole Miss? Improper contact (AKA speaking to them at incorrect times) with a prospect is considered secondary, I believe. Any time of improper benefits ($$, gifts etc.) are considered major, I believe. A bit misleading, really.
