What if we figure in an outside, neutral, power rating...?
Let's say Simmons Power Rating he comes out with...We keep our RPI...then take a teams SimPR and add it to it...if a team has a power rating of 122.0 then we'll divide by 1000 to put it into scale, then add it to the RPI...in this example you would add 0.12200 to the RPI.

It ain't much...but it's a start...Simmons power rating incorporates a lot and I feel like it would cover a lot of things we would like considered when seeding
