People like winners. Creighton wins so Omaha people hop on the bandwagon. When we cant break 5 points 10 minutes into the game. i dont blame people

I don't respect bandwagon fans. But you're right. People like winners.

McDermott's head is so fat his chin needs a kickstand.

In prior years this would have kept snowballing. Very impressed with how they responded when down 10 early.

Can someone explain to me what the point of the semi circle under the hoop is if they never use it properly? Tai got called for a charge when the Creighton defender was clearly in the zone.

Now we see why Roby's minutes have been limited. Bad defensive play followed with a brick.

Well, they need to stay focused and not try to do it all by themselves.

Definitely didn't see this coming the way the game started and the way NU typically manages Creighton. Big opportunity now for NU.

Best defensive performance in the last 10 mins under Miles vs CU.

Told you all Huskers win this thing by 8. Ye of little faith. Creighton would be a bottom half team in the Big 10.

Nice block by Roby to end the half. Young man needs to hit the weights and get some confidence. If he develops, he will be a player.
I had to laugh at this though.

Last years Husker team would have packed it in when they were down 14-2. Nice way to battle back in the last 10 minutes. It helps when you have a couple fearless guards like Webster and Watson to keep you in it.

Because the officials suck?
To be fair, I've been a season ticket holder for four years now, and I can count on one hand the number of well officiated games I've seen (actually can't think of any right now, but I'm sure there have been a few). At least they actually called Creighton for fouls, though they could have probably called twice as many. They've been particularly terrible on player possession fouls. Tai gets called for a blocking foul while standing near mid-court, not moving; then Glynn Watson Jr gets called for a charge when the Creighton player was clearly moving along with him.

Exactly. Creighton certainly appears to be getting the benefit of the doubt on most of the calls..I guess when you're opponent is in the top 10 and you aren't that happens.

Getting Foster and Patton in foul trouble was huge. Going to be tough to stop them in the 2nd half.

Looks like we're going to have to just let them drive the lane or we'll get a foul called on us.
