Probably many of their boosters feel the same way.more athletic, a 3 point phenom, plus a coaches son...unfortunately we have none of that plus low bball iq and fragile minds
Hoiberg has been erratic there and its as if every year they suck and then get better at the end
wash rinse repeat.
I would like to see him finally do something at a full season or whats the point.
Guys stepped up and playing their best ball. Nobody wants to play them at this point. Depth and desire. So, there’s that…
It’s possible for us .
Can we take up a collection to get Tominaga here? The allure of NYC has to much greater than sleepy Lincoln, NE.
My buddy? I don't like the Mean Girls. That's all.ask your buddy who does the weather threads

Why would he care/get involved? Does Tominaga like the weather?![]()

Atta boy! Stick by your team as we all shouldAfter Gary went down, Nebraska went 2-6 over their next eight games before turning things around with four straight wins. If the stars align, maybe we can follow the same pattern.
From what I saw the team rode Tominaga and a few roles players were able to feed off that energy. Sometimes you catch a little lightning in a bottle with basketball. Walker is a really good offensive center imo and the white forward (forget his name) is a good glue guy. Fred deserves all the credit as they’ve really rallied here the back half of the season. Would like to see Nebraska have a good team (except when we play of course). I really admire the Nebraska fanbase.NU is without 3 players that were starters when they went down. They have 8 available players currently and one of them is a walk-on(Hoiberg).
Tomanaga has said he is either staying in Lincoln or going back to Japan where he is a member of their national team. Money is not an issue for him as his dad(who is 7’ 4” and is huge) played for a long time in pro hoops in Japan. He will be able to cash in with the new NIL group that just took over hoops. My guess is he returns to Japan.
Hoiberg bought himself next year but his seat is still pretty warm. He needs to get a team that can stay healthy for a change. It’ll be interesting since they loose Walker who is the glue for the team. All in all it can’t get much worse than it has been the last few years.
