Or maybe you come to a sports message board to see sports topics only and not topics taken over by politics?
This is a perfect example of why I read his or anyone's shorter takes. I believe in everybody's right to express themselves or hang themselves. It would be boring if we all thought the same way, wouldn't it?
I don't like the idea of limiting the speech of anyone regardless if I agree with it or not unless it's racist, threatening, etc. That's a slippery slope to go down. Now, if you are someone like the moron who posted earlier this week in one of the Jackson threads, and I'm paraphrasing, "all the blacks....., well your a$$ needs to go.

The demographics of both parties have been changing over the past 25 years. Educated people were more likely to lean Republican up through the mid 90's. It's the other way around now, and starting show in elections, policy, and moronic opinions of people on this board. We like to joke about Alabama having lots of "Sidewalk Alums", but I think we have more than we care to admit.

A flick of the thumb usually works as a good filter for stuff I don't care to read. If it's a glfr post, then 2 flicks.

Ehh. Some good. Some bad. I wouldn’t call it monumental either way.
It CAN limit some of the power the executive branch has but it also requires Congress to write bills/laws very carefully and be very precise on the wording. Good luck with that.
