The poster was saying that many people over the past decade have stated that they are no longer donating to PSU/Athletics in hopes the lack of donations would somehow influence what is happening at PSU/Athletics that they didn't like. However, over the past decade PSU/Athletics is still going strong and they are doing whatever they want regardless of the lack of donations from said posters withholding their donations. Secondly, unless you are donating a substantial amount to PSU where you may potentially have some influence, say $100K or more or some sort of endowment, then you really have no influence and your words are pretty much empty threats and meaningless to PSU/Athletics. Lastly, from what I understand about philanthropy at PSU, it is mostly the people that give the least that complain the most. So STFU - "posters words, not mine" - Hope this helps.
AI is only as good as the data that feed it. A chatbot is merely using information it can acquire from the internet, which—no surprise—only includes names that have been circulated on the internet in association with the PSU job opening. The interesting thing about these chatbots is that we are approaching a point when they can only marginally improve over previous generations because we're running out of new data to train them with.
