So they went to an even remote location in Blacksburg, VA. The remoteness of State College is so overrated. You can get to Philly, Pittsburgh, DC and Baltimore in a few driving hours, and to NYC in four driving hours, among other places.

He's not coaching the team. You'd run from a coach because of the AD, who you will have no contact with and who has pledged to spend a ton of money on the football team? Over F bombs? I work in the legal profession and F bombs get dropped every day. It's common. I don't think I'd trust someone who doesn't drop the F bomb on occasion.

Every single Iowa State recruit should be welcome to this recruiting class regardless of their star ratings. Every single incoming freshman is a legend and a hero as far as I am concerned. We will forever remember the class of 26.
The addiiton of Interstate 99 has been a big help in connecting areas like DC, Maryland, and northern Virginia. Has been fertile recruiting grounds for PSU, though I'm sure Franklin will try hard to make the case for Blacksburg.
Sieg may be having some regret, but Brown probably isn't yet. His dad went to WVU so it was always an option. Sieg has stated that RichRod will give him a chance to play both ways too, so there is that.
Hopefully they give HC Campbell an opportunity and the administration deals with the AD.
I wouldn’t say none of ISU’s recruits are worth bringing. Remember, the current players are made up of recruits that were even lower ranked. This was one of Matt Campbell’s best classes ever. He had to do REAL scouting and recruiting at ISU to pull the diamonds from the rough. He’s gotten a lot of those lowly recruits in the NFL.
Kiffin left before the playoffs, a little different. But he did the right thing too.
RichRod tried the 3-3-5 at Michigan years back and I don't think it went well. It might play in the little-defense, pass happy, Big 12, but I don't think it would be any more effective at PSU in 2026 than it was at Michigan from 2008-2010. I don't like our current defense any better. Give me a base 4-3 and bring in a nickelback on obvious passing downs. Oh, and GTF off of my front yard. ;-)

Likely some will have to come hopefully. We have zero idea who is staying or going and he has done less with more so you kind of have to give him a pass here on any that want to come. Bodies will be needed much like OB and James' first couple of years.
As we are potentially short of depth, both ways at the Beav could be a realistic thought.
And IF We can get Rocco Becht it would be absolutely enormous: Easily the best qb that would play here in a very very VERY long time: Think Zach Mills, before his injury, but right handed

If Coach Campbell was smart enough to leave Pitt after one year he is smart enough to employ a defensive scheme that would take advantage of the talent he has available.
Do we know he'll have to run that in the B1G. The B12 is a bit more pass happy then ground happy so maybe he adjusts or maybe Knowles stays (not a huge fan there right now)? Just spit balling, don't know any answers.
