Seems like as close to a must win game as you can get for at-large NCAA bid. I am assuming we need this to have a chance if 3-2 in B1G. If 4-1 or better maybe can absorb an L here. Let’s go get the W!

In every sport it always feels like Princeton just has Rutgers' number. Gross simplification, of course, but just that feel.

Terrible start. We turned it over on simple clears leading to 3 goals. Unacceptable

You cannot win big games not being able to clear the ball. HS level mistakes.

Our middies simply need to run by someone. Leads to a Princeton goal.

Awful.

Kulas is becoming one of the elite finishers in the country. Such quick hands.

Kulas goal gives RU the 9-8 lead and the two minute non-release penalty on Princeton. Halftime.

We are missing JFF big time. We need another athlete at close. Having both Apgar and Stahanczyk on the field at once is a liability IMO. Both are good players but they are both big and slow. It’s really evident in the slide game. They are both slow to recover.

Great finish to the half.

2 minutes down a man is huge. We did very well to give up only 1 in the same situation. Big opportunity.

Sthancyzk isn’t even big which is a problem. Apgar is long and he can run but lateral wuickness isn’t JFF.

As usual, groundballs, faceoffs, and now clearing is part of the equation.

We can score on this team.

We really should not be sliding, especially off of 91. He is their only really playmaker. I don’t think the rest of their offense can win one on one battles consistently. All they are looking to do is draw and dump and are making it so easy on them.

Not loving Aimones shot selection today

Bad shot is a turnover and they score

Offense gone stagnant. We need more movement. Pipes aren’t our friends today

Geezus Princeton out their swinging hatchets. How is that not two minutes?
