Makes sense but did they actually know that? I just thought the camera man was digging him
Yea, he definitely was digging him. And why not! Ripped up dude yelling at Harvard with his shirt off? Makes for great tv!

I've been on the sidelines with that crew during games. They get to even the most veteran guys. It makes for a huge advantage. Harvard was not prepared for what we were bringing in any way today.

All in all a great atmosphere. RU sports are really about to explode. We have all been predicting this for so long. The BIG made it happen.

That bodes well for us. If Penn has an achilles heel, and they definitely do, one of them is they play a very short bench.

They play essentially one midfield. Their big guy coming out of the box is the guy. Stop him from running downhill.

Rall on him is going to be a battle. Rall is smaller but he's cat quick and strong for his size. This team can be beat.

Rall - Handley will be classic. And Delaware just took the lead with 8 sec.

My Final Four field: Maryland, Princeton, Rutgers, and Cornell. Ivy League vs the Public Ivy League (B1G).

I have been saying all season GT was WAY over rated. I don’t think this effects us at all because GT wasn’t getting past Cornell anyway, nor do I think will Delaware. But I think we match up extremely well with both Penn & Cornell. We have to take care of business obviously but if we play to our ability, sky is the limit.

Great Day for you Rutgers alumni and faithful. The boys really put in a nice performance. Dominant.

I’m glad I get to watch my guy play at least one more week before he’s done...hopefully more

This crew of guys (last year and this) are building quite a legacy.

See you all on Long Island next week

Enjoy it Alumni

One other comment....it was really fun watching a game at Yurcak...what a great crowd and atmosphere.

It was a very strong tailgating day

Well done RU fans!
I have to imagine that having literally the best atmosphere out of all the games is going to help us going after some of these top kids in the portal again.

What an amazing day

And congrats to you :)

Watching replay of Cornell v OSU. Why is OSU so bad in 2nd Halves?

The stadium at cornell is a dump. The concrete is in bad shape on close-ups of the stands.

Schedule Harvard v RU replay is on ESPNU at 1pm. I watched live but want to watch on TV.

Does anyone know where to get the Adidas “The Banks” shirts a lot of people had on in the crowd yesterday?

I was in that stadium the last time RU played there in football in 1980. The week before we scared the crap out of #1 Alabama

Blown away today. The team delivered an absolute masterpiece. The D tightened the screws and Colin was a brick wall. He stole numerous goals. Kids played their asses off.

Big hats off to the fans and NJ. They really showed out to see what turned into a Rutgers party. That was the largest crowd for an NCAA first round game since 2003.

NJ is a lacrosse state. It’s no longer emerging. It’s here, now.

I’ve watched a lot of Rutgers lacrosse. This game, today, is one of the most memorable.

Lastly, Ross Scott. Not sure what you even say about that kid. 8 goals in an NCAA playoff game. That’s record book stuff. Just incredible.

Yurcak looked like a field of dreams. What a day.
My daughter and her boyfriend have been to a number of lax games this year. They said the atmosphere at Yurcak was definitely better than SHI.

100%. It looked amazing. I am sure the weather had a lot to do with it and the crowd being so big and juiced up had a lot to do with it.

This is why we need to get the lax facility done asap. 5k with seating around the field will be amazing.

Governor Murphy is sitting on 3.....Billion in covid funds. It must be spend in the next 24 months. A NJ jobs bill with funding for infrastructure at RU would be great. 25 mil for lax/soccer 5 mil for baseball/softball and 50mil for the Schiano Center for Gridiron advancement. Throw in 50mil for the new Brower and CA student center and everyone's happy. Who is personal friends with the Gov???

Pat will definitely be hitting up the state. And rightfully so.

Still, $25MM would get us more than half way there for the lax facility. To do it like you'd really want, in NJ, that's going to cost closer to $50MM.

You are forgetting the facelift for the RAC and a golf training center, along with an upgrade at Yurcak.
