Mount Airy needs to take care of businesses. N Stokes is much improved this yesr. Could be a good game to watch

If they lose this one they are a lost cause for this year. I may hibernate till next August . Just joking. LOL I think the may be ok by next Friday. Hope so anyway ! ! Maybe coach Holder will put in the back up QB for one game. That may bring out the best in the starting QB. Holder knows what he is doing. I still think there was a reason for last weeks lose. And it was not Surry Central was that good either. Could be wrong. One possible reason was East Surry was off and all probably at the game and coach did not want to show them anything at all.Of coarse they will have scouts at other games but not at every angle of the field as they probably did last Friday.

If that was the game plan they did a great job of not showing anything. Sometimes film works just as good as live action.

I don't really know but it really blowed what mind I got left. LOL But they're was just something strange about that game. I mean why wasn't the back up QB put in later in the game. If he was I missed it on the radio. Time will tell I guess.

We can talk about another QB the rest of the year if ya'll want. To start changing now is crazy. It's not Ian's fault the team lost. If the team can't get get a first down four times, on fourth and one, It don't matter if John Elway is back there.

Butt on 4 th and one of can't throw u load box and want get first. Had wide open receiver twice on 4th and didn't c him

How many High School team's pass on fourth and one, inside the 30? If he'd thrown an interception, We'd be talking about "play calling".
We knew a month ago these boys was going to have to fight this year. So let's cheer them on know matter the out come.
Hell about 8 of them don't even have license.

North Stokes is much improved due to coaching and talent increases so they shouldn't be overlooked. They run the offense we did in 2012 with a more run based emphasis. They had close to 40 kids on varsity due to not fielding a JV squad early and would have had the depth edge on MA but they got enough kids to come out after school started so they were able to do a JV team after all. They now have 29 on varsity and 15 on JV off max preps.

They got a huge OT/DT #54 he's about 315 and their best player. He pancaked kids down the field like they were middle schoolers the first few games. He's been challenged more since then. Their lineman aren't that small this year as a whole. The one freshman on the varsity that is left is their leading Interception leader.

MA should win here but it won't be no 55-7 win this year,

Slasher would this be the N. Stokes first group of kids to come through sense there Little League program started?

Monday will be 17 days sense last game Surry Central. Hope it helps them get things going. I was hoping this rain would hold off till 11 PM but it is looking like the bottom is going to fall out. surprised it has not started already.

I believe it's North's first group of kids to come thru that could of played every year at the little league level on up. 7 years old thru high school.
