North Stokes at South Stokes

Did West move theirs up then too? Don't think I've ever heard of a game getting moved over cold temperatures.
Guess they will have fun playing in the rain now.. 
That might help North keep it close.. South's rolling so well they need a way to crutch them. I just think South has too many athletes. Still a much better year for both, Dave and Frank should be commended.

I agree that both coaches deserve props for what they have been able to do with their respective programs. I truly hope to see both rebuild these programs to become powers in the conference and be able to compete within the conference. I feel that both have the knowledge and the drive to do so, it is just up to the communities to rally behind them and help build it from the little leagues on up.
I think both can do well there if they have everyone on their side to help.. numbers are down in both but when they are both on fire and playing well both Danbury and Walnut Cove loves their ball.
Danbury's historically been a rough place to win at but Frank's always been their guy. They got a good sophomore group and the other classes are finally waking up so I'm hopeful they can at least win multiple games now.
South's got great potential to get going with Dave there.. he's already turned them around for the better. I haven't seen a South team play that consistently hard since the good years of Frasier, only but good for them on the up. When Walnut Cove gets fired up for their ball they bring a lot of people and get loud. Those teams at the start of the decade had a passionate fanbase.

South defeats North tonight 21-14. Sauras win Stokes County Championship for the 1rst time since 2012.

Was as close as I figured it would be.. wet field would help North but South just had too many studs. Congrats to Dave, that's a huge deal for him to do in one wack. 7 wins isn't easy there, hope he gets an 8th. 2020's gonna be a fun year in Sauratown..

Depending on their playoff draw 8 is realistic. If they go east and can avoid Tarboro or Holmes early on 300 could happen.
I think, they are thinking they go east.
Is South Stokes, Dave Diamont only 1 or is he 2 wins from 300. I hope and think he gets it this year !
He will be 1 win short after this season if they get the 8-9 seed in the East they would have to see Tarboro in the second round. Although wouldn’t it be a hell of a way to get your 300th if you somehow upset them.
