Stifling defense that smothered the Jayhawks. Gritty, tough performance. Is there such a thing as smash mouth basketball? If there wasn't, there is now. Paige is really coming into his own and is making a case for becoming the go to guy when the offense needs a bucket.
Now that is a win we can ALL be happy about.

Definitely. It's another thing to take a beast on in their own building. If I recall we got handily whipped the last time we played in OU. Hoping we win, but it may be a taller order than what we just saw.
Some of the shots we made hit the rim before they went through the net - are these kids not getting coached?

Students wanted to celebrate Huggins extra $25,000 for beating Kansas. How many teams can say they have beaten Kansas 3 in a row on their home court?
If anything it shows how much respect that we as fans have for KS. This was a huge win in the eyes of most MOUNTAINEER fans.
Dominion Post had a great article quoting Jasean Paige. Him and others were stuck in traffic and saw Holton running up the hill to the coliseum. They all jumped out and ran all the way to the coliseum. He said it was fun. Have to love it.
I agree! The players should be coached to use only the net. At least that's the way I did it on the ozark shot that I used. I'll tell you another thing that over utilized and unnecessary. DRIBBLING! There ain't no points made DRIBBLING!
Just listening to my wife in the next room as she watches the replay from yesterday's game...cheering, laughing, yelling at refs, etc, ...like she's court-side. I'm a lucky man.
