I don't understand why Rand Paul wants to see the plan. Why isn't he in the room on this? I've heard him give an overview of HIS plan and it is way better than the ACA just from a competitive marketplace stand point. Maybe there's a hell of a better plan than his, but he should be in the room. Some Democrats should be involved also, but I haven't seen any volunteering their services. I'm probably missing some information because I just don't understand Sen. Paul's exclusion. Ryan called it a publicity stunt, but I don't think that's Paul's style; I could be wrong on that. Answered, I guess. It's in committee, that's how it works. It will be available about Wednesday, then Congress gets involved.
