still waiting for Trump's great plan
I don't understand why Rand Paul wants to see the plan. Why isn't he in the room on this? I've heard him give an overview of HIS plan and it is way better than the ACA just from a competitive marketplace stand point. Maybe there's a hell of a better plan than his, but he should be in the room. Some Democrats should be involved also, but I haven't seen any volunteering their services. I'm probably missing some information because I just don't understand Sen. Paul's exclusion. Ryan called it a publicity stunt, but I don't think that's Paul's style; I could be wrong on that. Is Paul part of the process or not?

Answered, I guess. It's in committee, that's how it works. It will be available about Wednesday, then Congress gets involved. Seems Paul perhaps should be on the committee, IMO, but this looks to be a more inclusive process than the obamacare ordeal.

IMO, Paul should have been on the committee. But of well. There was some stupid **** that was going on yesterday by various DNC and GOP leaders.

One thing we do know and can be assured of, is that whatever emerges it will not require a massive new entitlement (or existing one) to run.

Patients will be in control. Competition will drive price & choices. Costs will come down as a result, and quality of care will improve. In short, the market will be allowed to work replacing the Government which never does.

As long as those principles which both Trump and the Republicans are insisting be the underpinning of any reform legislation are present, we'll all be much better off.
