All he has to do is allow his OC to call the plays and let it be. U have Warren and Pribula in there not Allar,….not hard
Franklin is going to get booed off the field again this year. Deservedly so. He’s not a big time coach. There’s more than enough of a track record to know that.
How many more years on his deal? 5? 6? Maybe they can buy him out in two years.

The difference this year is we can still make the playoffs with one loss.

Most prevalent excuse will be that we don’t have the talent to compete with OSU. We do though - this year and last. Players made some dumb mistakes and coaches didn’t help, but they’re not light years ahead of us save in how much they spend. We can beat these guys which is why it’s so frustrating to watch close losses year after year.
That said, have to win out I think to get in the playoff.

There is only one common denominator. I have never said publicly anything about the head coach, but this is beyond ridiculous.
What's really sad is that this game was very winnable. This is why I don't get emotionally upset about PSU football.

Can't honestly say this every year ( although I try to believe it) but this game was definitely winnable... Their "broken" offensive line did a far better job opening up holes and giving time than ours did. We still don't have a scheme for when our quarterback has to continuously make quick decisions under pressure. Would be happy to never hear Gus world famous Johnson call a game again.

Yep. Different offensive coordinators. Different defensive coordinators. Different players. Different coaching staffs on the other side of the field. Over a decade. Same result. Only 1 constant.
PSU isn't getting into the playoffs. The B1G's designated teams are Oregon and OSU.

I love the Koltinicki hire, but wasn't impressed with the play calling on the goal line, definitely would have used Warren at some point
