The play clock would have run out before the 2:00 warning, so they had to snap the ball or take the delay and have 5 more yards to go.
That’s why it was a heads-up call. Most coaches would have called a run with little to no chance of picking up the first.

um seems to be all in on DeBoer. It may mean nothing in the end, but I liked DeBoer exclaiming “Roll Tide!” in a post-game interview last night.
They can be all in on something they'll never have, hey, I am all in on Pamela Anderson too 😂

Touche, actually thought the post was another of the multiple ones that were mocking DeBoer in this thread.

The pick 6 part isn’t appropriate, but the devastation of multiple interceptions by Allar were at least as impactful as that OU one.
There were a couple, but throwing interceptions is not Allar-esque. He threw far less than most QB’s. We just remember them more. Many teams have lost many games due to interceptions at the end, it’s not as if PSU has a monopoly on that.

I'm shocked the two G5 games are the later games tomorrow
This game probably should have been the Saturday night game with Oregon on tonight but I guess ESPN got the first two picks
The two later CFP games today are going up against NFL games. Maybe a factor, dunno.

I would like to take this moment to once again thank CRUMBL cookies, whoever leaked that tape, Kalen DeBoer, and Sherrone Moore, for giving us the best coach in the nation, and pile driving Michigan into dust, all at the same time.

Great job team!
I'm not sure what you're smoking, but don't Bogart it- pass it around.

Name another of the QBs for the “many” teams who have thrown interceptions with a definitive impact like Allar did in multiple big games (ND and Oregon).

Last night wasn’t as bad (but worse than the NW game).

Alright, it’s now an official thread. Remember, we’re to be on our best behavior, indoor voices, maximum of two profanities per post, no badmouthing William Penn. Represent.
Fixed, thank God my oversight didn’t backfire. Thanks for having my back.

a&m runs into the heart of the defense on 3rd and 7. 4th and 6 upcoming. If this was PSU, we’d all be slitting our throats right now.

Update: a&m was going to go for it on 4th and 6. False start makes it 4th and 11. a&m punts.

That 3rd down call was trash. Elko is an Ivy Leaguer? Pfft.

Quite a gut on the guy, yeah. He and Bret Bielema could be twins.
Throw in Poggi for the trifecta . You would think being around weights rooms, trainers, and dietitians thst you wouldn’t look so sloppy. I can understand a dad bod, but this is gone beyond that.

Almost every QB that has ever lived. The pick last night was infinitely worse than the Oregon pick and on par with the ND pick. The NW pick isn't even remotely in the same world.

All four on-campus games this weekend had weather to make fans happy. Tonight in Eugene it'll be in the low 40s which looks to be the "coldest" playoff game. Playing at Beaver Stadium with temps in the 30s would have been awesome.

This TAM and Miami scrimmage is a good one. Two teams without a pulse. Fire everyone, especially the kickers.
