Seriously Dick, nobody is expecting this team to be like last year or the 2012 team which were historically great teams. Just shut the hell up already, it doesn't mean they can't make a run in March.

predictably, vitale is now on our nuts, since we opened up a big lead. Gawd he's obnoxious!
I've defended Skal all season - and will continue to believe he'll eventually improve. But at this time, he's a detriment. I'm sorry for him, but it is what it is. Plenty of time for him to learn

A Humphries at center and Skal on the bench would be a scary team 2. A beefy center would open up the remaining 4 spots.

he'll probably be great someday, but given his lack of playing experience before coming to uk, it's looking like we won't see anything this year near what he may become. even so, he'll be a high pick in the nba next year on potential alone.
I've agreed with quite a few things DV has said today but him trying make sure the world knows we aren't great is amazing.

Yeah, a player with his size and skill set should get 8 and 5 by accident. It's like he's trying to collect goose eggs. Baffling.
I think he's scared - not lazy, he's confused and a little lost. He wants to do well, but his mindset is all messed up right now
My guess is his head is spinning, everyone coaching him, cal all over him, disappointed in his own play. I do think he'll be much better by year end, but he's not going to get any physically stronger by then. He just needs to learn how to compensate for that.

I haven't said anything at all in this thread, or any other thread, that isn't true and I dam sure didn't blow a gasket like so many others. In fact I've been very relaxed all game long but go ahead and continue to quote the wrong people. Have fun with that.
Another person that either misunderstood my post or quoted the wrong person. Where the heck do you see where I was being negative? Read it again. I was simply explaining to Cane that it is NOT far fetched to understand that Some on this board are going to be negative given the first half performance by UK.

I'm actually very positive about this team. I'm glad they suck now, they are 9-1 and suck. That's awesome because when they don't suck they are going to be impressive to watch.
