benatmsu Sophomore May 28, 2007 2,392 192 63 Nov 3, 2012 #2 I've wondered that exact same thing for years. The only thing I can think of is that the ball can't be dead when the holder takes the snap in order for there to be a kick, so with that being the case I guess that's an exception.
