He's gonna get sent to Siberian mines when he gets home sweet home for this crash n burn!
What happens to a Russian gold medalist from the 2012 games when the drug testing gets more rigorous?

They synced up.My wife does. She's prolly related to that young menstruating Chinese swimmer somewhere down the line.
It's the second 0.0 that a Russian diver has received in this Olympics.[laughing] That's one of the most unintentionally hilarious things I've ever seen

Still way better than anything I could do off of a diving board.
You would register negative points?

I remember him well. The Fosbury Flop changed the game and is still the dominant style used for high jumping. What a maverick!Enjoyed watching the high jumpers. Who else here is old enough to remember Fosbury as the innovator of the "flop" by jumping over bar backwards? 68 Olympics iirc and I believe they were just breaking the 7' height
I know. I mean to think that an Internet demigod such as myself is but a mere mortal in physical stature is shocking isn't it?
It's all in the oatmeal daddyoI know. I mean to think that an Internet demigod such as myself is but a mere mortal in physical stature is shocking isn't it?
I'm pretty nervous about it......doesn't look too good for our gals so farWalsh Jennings/Ross in semi's now against Brazil. Close one so far
Yes the sports of interest have dwindled down. Track and few days of sailing that I love tho Americans haven't done well. Damn Brits and KiwisGoing to watch Bolt and that's about it for Olympics.
They need to put a stop to this ridiculous diving at the end of these races. Aint no way that should be legal.
Muhammad Ali getting his brains knocked out. The emergence of avatar, and concussion awareness. We've lost interest in the sport.US has 16 gold medals in swimming and 12 total in all the other events.
What happened to the US in Boxing? We use to be pretty good in that.
Boxing always has the worst/most controversial judging. Roy Jones Jr. approves of this post. Our light welter boxer was straight robbed today. Fishy judging for the Uzbek.
I understand sometimes they fall forward from the excessive lean at the line but doing a blatant dive seems a bit much. jmoWhy? The rule is that your race ends when your torso crosses the line. Would you want to also outlaw leaning forward as you cross?
Yes. Much like there's a limit to the amount of wind aid a world record can have, there should be a limit on the amount of forward lean past vertical -- I propose no more than 5 degrees -- that a winner can have at the tape. Otherwise, the runners with longer torsos have an unfair advantage.
Comes down to the effects of Title IX. Untold men's Olympic sports have been eliminated in colleges to achieve parity in numbers. Men's football skews the numbers big time.Aside from swimming, and we hope eventually basketball, the American men on the Olympics team have not been all that stellar. Gymnastics, track and field, boxing, rowing, cycling, feats of strength -- fairly mediocre. I hope the US committee endures a ruthless critique and makes appropriate changes at the coaching level.
funny, when K finally changed the line-up, USA went on a huge run - Boogie looked goodWe'd better not lose. If we do, it is on K's hands.

now up 20.
I thought it might have been the sideline can can danceOr could it be a players-only meeting that compels them?
