At this point the Giants are like watching a Benny Hill rerun.

I've also seen enough of this special teams coach and those on his units. He needs to go.

A punter that should be on IR but probably kept because he:s the holder, which the backup QB should be able to do except he's now the starter. At least the 5th kicker of the year made the FG.

This is absurd

I saw this game coming the first time I saw the 2023 schedule.
Philly on Christmas after last years playoff massacre didn't seem promising

Looks like the Italian Passing Paison's time is over. Taylor now taking over for a useless Tommy Cutlets.

Eagles special teams keeping the Giants in the game. Kickoffs may be the Giants best offense.

I know they made it but what is the thinking behind the 2 pt. conversion in that situation? What's the idiotic metrics analysis behind that one?

There was a penalty on the TD, Giants elected to take the penalty on the conversion, which moved the ball from the two to the one. This made the two point conversion attempt more favorable. It was not idiotic metrics at all.

Two players were interfered with in end zone

Barkley was steamrolled out of the end zone

I can maybe see what you are talking about there

But the flag at the end of the half which gave philly 3 points? Or the 4th down “flinch” and hich should have been encroachment? Bad calls for sure

There was another which I forget.

That one was a real head-scratcher. Never seen it called before. Was the guy penalized for thinking it was possibly a fumble ? Friggin annoying.

If the Broncos trade a 3rd round pick for Jones everyone in the Denver organization should be fired.
I think he is worth a 3rd, but not higher. Tyrod should be fine as a starter. Draft a younger guy, perhaps trade up for Penix and let him grow.

I think Daboll took the last game as an excuse to bench Cutlet and avoid a 9 moth QB debate between Jones and Cutlet. Coaches hate QB controversies. Cutlet and Taylor practically had the same game minus Slayton's 70 yd catch and run. Taylor is an injury-prone senior who probably doesn't come back with a glass vase like Jones.

He made the change because he is trying to win games.

Looks like Jones to Denver for a Third Round Pick in 2024 Draft.

Wilson has a massive long term contract with Denver and the Broncos may be saddled with it until at least 2026 (unless they want to take on a ridiculous dead cap hit). Why would they take on another $40M a year for a QB? Guessing they will try to draft Russeĺl's replacement.

I think there was some professional courtesy being shown to Tyrod, who, in addition to currently giving us a better chance to win games, is also playing for a contract somewhere.

The Devito story is fun, and I do think the kid has some ability, but the time was right to go back to Taylor.

Daboll didn't make the change out of professional courtesy. He made the change to try to win the game.

As good a Tyrod was, they should have brought in Devito for the final drive. Tyrod lobbed too many passes. They needed Devito to throw ropes like he did on the game winning drive prior.
