Overall, I think the Giants got better at WR but Waller is the key to opening everything up for them. Although I do think Bellinger can be very good.

Yup, all summer long we heard from Giants reporters that Waller moves at a different speed then everyone else and is killing the D. He played one drive in pre season and has 3 catches. Just yesterday he told reporters it's the healthiest he has been through a camp. The last practice before opening game he get injured.

I've had a hard time buying into the Waller hype.
He had two good years and the last one was 2020 when he was in his only Pro Bowl
Media writes about him like he's a Kelce clone

Sloppiness all over the place. And since it takes only about a millisecond for the Dallas D line to get into our backfield, this feels daunting already.

The line looks like the worst ever assembled in the history of football. This team looks completely unprepared.

Funny, I'm 12-14 miles away and it's not raining. Not that it matters.

Blocking Parsons with a TE might not be good idea. Of course the guards wouldn't do any better.

I know the Dallas d line is very good, but it’s men against toddlers out there. Please tell me we aren’t this bad.

Great first drive until the botched snap. All downhill from there. Always hated playing the Cowboys opening day as the Sunday night game. Thank god for Rutgers so far because I think the Giants take a step back this season. Hope I am wrong on that.

Man, this idiot Gettleman was here 4 years and put the franchise back 8 years. Stuck with a stiff like Jones. Barkley was a waste when he was drafted and is a waste now.

Same old lousy Giants, Jones is a below average player and the OL is a bad college line. 😵💫

This game reminds me a lot of the '95 season opener- Giants finished better than expected the year before, a ton of offseason and preseason hype, opening up against Dallas at home at night/ in prime time...and Emmitt rips off a 60 yard touchdown on Dallas' first offensive series, basically turning the stadium into a library for the rest of the game.

And…that was the last season the Cowboys played in the NFC championship game. The Cowboys of recent vintage have often looked like world beaters between opening night and Thanksgiving only to gag it up when it matters. That’s why as bad is this game is for the Giants I just yawn when the all too predictable fellating of Dallas commences. Honestly if the Giants finished 1-16 and retooled in the off-season with more picks I wouldn’t even care that much.

...I'm a Dallas fan and I honestly did not expect this tonight at all. In regards to the postseason, I think I stopped having any kind of serious expectations at least 15 years ago😩😂.

They have a good defense but the Giants abandoned the run way too early.

I don't think the Giants will do as well as last season. They snuck up on people to a certain extent. They probably won't fare well against Dallas and Philly plus have to go up against a very strong AFC East. Their receivers are still nothing more than average and their offensive line looks bad. Especially the RT.
