I did work a high school game today and 3 coaches turned their back during the national anthem and just stared at the ground. Cant say I have seen that from coaches before

Last night the GOP lost a State Senate district seat in Fort Worth (actually bigger than a Congressional district) by 15 points. The GOP advantage in the district is +17. 32 point swing. All of you might want to check in with what’s actually happening than expressing your odd thoughts about folks expressing their First Amendment rights and the Sweeney girl’s yayas.

The protestors should be charged with whatever local trespassing/nuisance laws apply. Charging journalists and the protester under the Klan Act (after all of the MN based federal prosecutors said no thanks and a Fed judge refused to grant a warrant twice) probably won’t make it to court, but then again, that wasn’t why they were charged. Prosecutors are interested in convictions. Bondi is interested in political messaging.
Midterms certainly aren't looking very promising for Republicans.

Compared to other states California has actually had very good governors in terms of general economic growth for a couple of decades - Schwarzenegger, Jerry, Brown, and now Newsom. Some of the old heads here probably remember Jerry Brown as Governor Moonbeam, but he was actually a budget hawk his entire career.
