For the record, I do not think all minority business owners are illegals. In fact, it would be hard if not impossible for an undocumented person to operate a business legally inside of the US. I'll need to check on that. Do some minority business folks employ people with sketchy immigration status, especially in the food service and ag related fields? Sure, and white business owners do the same. Since being in the country without proper authorization is considered a low level misdemeanor, I don't get too spun up over it.
