I just switched from Comcast to att and so far I have no complaints. Internet works great and decent channel selections

I have had Comcast, Direct, and UVerse, and my Dad has Dish. UVerse is hands down the best that I personally have dealt with. DirecTV was good too, but I hated the signal issues, and in my neighborhood we had satellite connecting issues frequently. I got the UVerse 450 or whatever it's called, and it is awesome.

I also got one of the wireless receivers to put on the back porch, and it works perfectly in HD just using the Wireless Internet connection. They also have a pretty nice, user friendly App that allows you to use IPad as a remote and to record shows from anywhere.

I would definitely recommend UVerse, and make sure you talk them down on price. You can talk them down, plus they usually have pretty good deals for signing up.

The main problem I have with with u verse is the price, but if I can get them down to directs price I will try them out

IMO directv has a better HD picture than Uverse

And the signal issues really haven't been a problem the last few years. I do love that I can control all of the boxes in the house from my ipad as well. Works well when the kids are in the play room

Directv started offering a wireless receiver (C41W) that works with the Genie last week.
