There’s numerous ways it can happen. Angles and known surveying.

There’s no satellites orbiting earth. There’s high altitude balloons. You think you see a satellite at night? A tin box smaller than a car reflecting in the sun that supposedly 250 miles away. Think about that for a second. An eagle couldn’t see that. It’s absurd.

You’ll just get angry and pound Google some more. And believe dipshits jumped around and fell on jagged rocks and played around like they’re at recess on a foreign body(the moon) in a vacuum where a slight tear in the suit is emanate death.

You’re getting scammed. Most people are. We are just on a tax farm and fed bs. You’re emotionally invested into it. Everyone was at some point.

They charged like 30 million for a space buggy in 1969 and produced something some garage junky could do for probably a few hundred bucks back then. And that was just the buggy. They do it today. Tax your state billions and give you ****** roads and terrible education
You believe there are no satellites orbiting the earth? There’s currently over 12,000 as we speak. From numerous countries.

Another guy asked me to go to space to prove my claims. Like he hangs out there and knows it empirically.

It’s only going to get harder for the Apollo fan boys. Time and truth are undefeated. “Space may be the final frontier but it’s made in a Hollywood basement”
The same one that Tom Hanks rapes kids and drinks baby blood ?

Which one? Mylar and Kapton tape you could purchase yourself and test their alleged heat shield properties by literally using them to shield something, introducing it to high heat - and seeing if it survives. Note you'd need to add a layer of aluminum to the Kapton tape. Consumer stuff is only rated to like 300 degrees.

As far as interacting with LRRR, while you likely cant afford to purchase the tools needed yourself, you do have direct access to the data from those relay tests - which you are more than welcome to scrutinize.

Or for even cheaper - go buy yourself a good telescope, and head for the beach. You can even give yourself a good vantage point. Watch a boat sail out with said telescope. You will watch the ship eventually disappear, piece by piece - over the horizon as it passes the curve.

Hell. You can set up some sticks and observe the shadows that emerge. Even your cookiest of flat earthers had to admit defeat when traveling to the south pole and realizing ****....the sun DOES behave the way the round Earth models states it should...

Rather than accepting that data however you'll claim it all false, offer only ambiguous retorts like "this picture look funny" while taking the approach of intellectual superiority.

I have to give you a hand, its bold. It completely falls apart against even the most simple of scientific scrutiny - again which you could do with some sticks and a sunny day right now. But then you wouldn't feel so special and unique. And we can't have that...

It must be nice to take a position in an argument where even when met with objective data, you can simply say "nuh uh" and still claim a win. Very impressive.

So you didn’t know what you were talking about with the reflector? Just say that next time. Didn’t really read or care about the rest. You avoid what I say and go off on more intellectual chest beating that is wasting bandwidth. But I’m sure some mouth breathers are impressed with your sophistry.

O rly. What question of yours have I avoided? The only question you've posited is "doesnt this image look weird?" Which I"ve answered in depth.

You however are running for the hills scared to death to answer a single question of mine.

If you're a troll this is a tactical retreat. I get it. But if this is genuine - budy face the music. You're talking down to everyone about how we won't open our eyes to what's allegedly happening all around us - yet you REFUSE to engage directly. Any observer of this conversation is going to draw a conclusion quite quickly - you arent addressing these questions because the moment you do you'll expose your ignorance.

Coward. Run along then sport.

You aren’t saying anything. You are googling it all. Nobody calls it LRRR. That’s Google.

The sticks? You mean Eratosthenes little experiment in Egypt? How in the hell would he have known the sun was 93m away to draw that conclusion? Can’t google that one. Just like you can’t figure out the tidal lock and why you would never see the laser come back to your Nebraska trailer no matter what laser you used. I can see you’re a fake. You know you’re a fake. You have no clue what you’re even talking about.

It is quite literally named LRRR. Would you have preferred I said "the mirrors on the moon". Would that somehow have made you feel better?

Ffs bud. What am I a fake of? 😂

Take a telescope to the ocean. Humble yourself. And then resist the temptation to drown yourself in it when you realize you've been taking a holier than thou stance on a topic driven by your desire to be special.

Or psychosis. One of the two.

I’m only driven by the truth. Sorry your Apollo fairy tale looks like it was directed by the guy who did the Toxic Avenger movies. Boy it’s getting hard to defend. Why are you bringing up the beach constantly? We are talking about the Apollo hoax, not flat earth.

I show that the LEM looks like some kids decorated a jungle gym and this guy looks at it in amazement, googles the materials and acts like he uses them routinely. Yes, when i fly to the moon I use tape and paper!

Back to the sticks. How did this fake story of some Greek bozo get dragged into this? How did he know the sun was 93m away? Why did you drag this into the conversation? And a bonus question - how else could you get the same shadow angles with the two

This is about the moon hoax. You are trying to distract away from actually have to talk about things you can’t Google, you wanna be.

Feels sucky to have to defend something so
Absurd, doesn’t it? Don’t you just wanna wrap up in some Mylar and crawl into bed?

How did Eratosthenes know the sun was 93m miles away to draw that conclusion you read about on Google?

Oh boy. The "Local Sun" pivot is coming. Every time the Eratosthenes stick experiment comes up, you guys pull out the playbook. But it’s a bit rich for you to call me a "Google boy" while you’re reciting a verbatim talking point from a YouTube conspiracy video. If you’re going to decry "regurgitated information," maybe don't start by regurgitating a geometric impossibility.

Here is the part you aren't seeing: your "small, local sun" math is a parlor trick that only works if you limit yourself to two points on a map. It’s actually quite simple to debunk, and since you’re so big on doing your own research, you can literally do this yourself.

If you place two sticks in the ground and the shadows don't match, you can claim the sun is "close and local" on a flat plane. But the moment you add a third stick at a third location, your model goes into a tailspin.

Explain that to me, directly - Dr.

You guys? Are you googling someone’s reply?

How did he know the sun was 93m miles away? How did he calculate that to determine the sun was round?

What would a third stick do? Do you have the measurements of the shadow angle?

You’re getting a bit strange now and you’ve avoided the 93m bit a little much.

You’re just replying to me and I’m just one guy. Not guys. Be careful when you’re copy/paste to not look like a complete bozo

I guess the real question is, how is it SUPPOSED to look?

No one had ever been there, there is not point of reference, wouldn't anything you saw look "fake"

In my mind, aliens look like the alien from the movie Alien(s), but more than likely it will just be some sort of tiny living morning cell.
That moon lander looks like tinfoil, cardboard, duct, tape, and bailing wire. I’ve seen better productions from high schools.

After looking at your reply you have no idea about the actual experiment? How did the fake Greek even travel 60 some miles to measure the shadow angles?

Did you find the shadow angle of the 3rd stick and where did he place it in Egypt and magically travel to it after observing the second shadow angle?

Since you're obsessed with the 93-million-mile distance, let’s clear that up: Eratosthenes didn't calculate that specific number. Aristarchus did. About 50 years later using the angle of the Moon during a half-moon phase. But for the stick experiment, the exact distance doesn't even matter. What matters is that the Sun is far. If the Sun were "local" the math for shadow angles across the Earth would be wildly inconsistent.

And I referred to you as "you guys" because you flat Earthers follow a playbook. Literally any time this very simple experiment is brought up, your cult brings up Eratosthenes and the "how could he measure such things!" line. I've seen this exact argument from your ilk over and over again. Truly amazing considering 1. You idiots cite the wrong mathematician every time which is a dead give away you're regurgitating non sense from a playbook. And 2. Again they did not need to know the precise distance to come to their conclusions. Aristarchus wasn't even correct in many of his calculations. But objectively; the way shadows behave on Earth tells us definitively the suns rays hit us in a parallel nature. Something that could not happen unless it was very, very far away.

“You guys” why do you keep saying that? Are you a frequent commenter on gay gangbang forums?

Do you shill for a living?

You brought up the sticks. You idiot. You are a copy/paste loser, your arguments make no sense. But let’s play…

How did the Greeks 2000 years ago measure the distance? Show your work so I can make you look stupid some more

The light would be local anyway no matter the distance of the sun as it’s not even visible in the way we perceive it till it interacts with our atmosphere. So about 90 miles or so according to the officialdom. It is then grabbed and diffused through our gaseous atmosphere much like the stars they claim that could be dead are only the travelled light hitting our upper atmosphere. According to these guys it takes the suns light 7 min to reach earth. So we don’t see the sun according to them, we see travelled light

I literally just answered all of those questuons for you. The "why you guys". The concept behind the stick experiment. How the CORRECT mathematician (not the false one you keep quoting from the flat Earthers playbook) and I addressed how the stick experiment falls apart under your silly local sun theory. If you'd like the actual calculations for analysis, which would you like - Aristarchus flawed calculations, or the modern version?

Meanwhile you addressed...absolutely nothing in your post. I cannot say I am shocked.

Ill give you time to run back to your playbook.

It just makes me laugh how absolutely sure of things humans believe, myself included. For me on this board, I think it is hilarious how so many people are absolutely sure that Rhule is a bonified bullcrap artist with absolute certainty. It irritates them and they lost all respect for him. They see it clear as day. Yet, those same people are absolutely blind to it when it comes to the current President. The brain is a weird thing.

The...officialdom.

Vague. Who's officialdom?

And I have no idea how you confused that final thought. No one is claiming you arent actually seeing the sun. You're simply seeing the sun as it was a few minutes ago. But that is indeed the suns rays you're seeing and feeling. I have...no idea where you got this idea that simply because we've proven it takes time for the suns rays to reach = you somehow interpreted that as claims we dont...actually see the sun?

Are you well?

Yes. We indeed see traveled light. Explain to me exactly how that matters in this context?

You are trying soooo hard to engage while not addressing a single point directly. I know that if you arent a troll, you're feeling this in your gut right now - the undeniable sensation that you're on your heels, trying to ******** your way through a conversation no one is buying.

Again. You could do away with all of this by addressing even a single point directly. Ive done so for you every single time you have asked. Try doing it yourself for once, or run along.

Jeez, you suck at psychoanalysis as well. Why do you want me to run along? What’s your goal here you ******* loser? To own the discourse and scare away people from thinking?

You’re the liar who thinks the kids jungle gym with paper and tape was shot like a bullet and landed on the moon, in tact and took off again. Paper and tape. You sir are a liar and a forum shill. Man, why the name calling? Like, no one talks like this to strangers in real life. Just relax.
you must not have been in any branch of the military. Well, I can't speak for the Air Force, but I can speak for the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. I've heard much worse in person to my face than anything on these forums. From real life people who wore the same uniform as me and took the same oath as me.
