I know we have some on the board but does anyone have recommendations for NJ mortgage brokers they’ve worked with, that are very responsive, move quickly, and tend to find rates better than the market average?

Not sure if you have a preferred location to work in, but Glenn Davis at Benchmark Lending in Flemington is excellent.

I went with Union County Savings Bank - VERY easy process compared to others and at the time had the lowest rates before rates crashed. I did my refi online and got a great deal when rates were bottoming out - an online mortgage company may be something you may want to look at as they may have lower rates because of less overhead. Good luck!

Rates are crazy
. Last I heard you can’t get under 7 on a 30 with perfect credit .
Good luck in your search and your purchase/refinance .

I am here to help, rates are high compared to the last decade or so, but can answer questions, nights and weekends are always available.......AND you might get some football, recruiting or hoops scoop along the well.
