Mets fans are too stupid to figure it out or ask for help
I notice many are Yankees fan posters, thanks for sharing as I was thinking the exact same thing.:D Look our little banter pushed this thread to page 12.

It better than the misery on the Mets thread.
It does seem that the posters who love to be miserable and post about it are always the first to be back on the threads. It is annoying with them over there too. And that is with a first place team- go figure

Agree, I don't understand it. My issue with the Yankees is Cashman but the season started and nothing going is going to change until they are eliminated. No sense complaining till then.
What games I've watched this season over multiple teams was a lot of great and a lot of awful. Defense this year has been terrible.

It is so tough with Cashman, even though most know that Michaels architected the 90-2000's run - Brian was the guy who was here to keep it together and make the moves to stay there during that time. Boone - ehhhh, 90% of Managers are no different.

But as a team- the Yanks have made some good moves this year- Goldschmidt/Bellinger/Fries...but, are they making the behind the big moves, actions that they need to make?

How are they going to address obvious holes and do they mortgage the future- I don't move Jones for anyone, but everyone else is open.

You're forgetting Bob Watson who built the team for the second run including beating the Mets. Brian Cashman ruins more players then he is successful improving. DJ LeMahieu is a perfect example

55 pages to 12 is misery? We have an engaged fanbase, you have a collection of front runners. Your total looks to be "4/5" years;) behind a very active, engaged and knowledgeable Mets fanbase. The truth hurts I get it. Have a nice day.

There is a lot of that...and at least 5-10 pages of your trolling. lol
Nailed it, lololololol he needs, seeks baseball talk and this thread is 4 or 5 years away ;) from getting the content the Mets thread offers, even with the good, bad and ugly. No worries, as I am sure the Cash-man will make a couple of season turning trades before the deadline.

Yanks trade for Rockies 3B Ryan McMahon, a guy who’s been an All Star and has power, but hits for low average and strikes out a lot. Return is two pitchers who haven’t even gotten to double A level yet.

On paper, it’s an improvement. Apparently he’s a good defender at third. But offensively, he sure seems to fit the Cashman template.

Also means Yanks won’t be in on Suarez.

Cashman made a trade for someone with low average and high Ks? Time for some fake shock:

I don't know much about him but kind of concerned his OPS in 50 games at his Colorado home field this year was .856 while for the 50 games away from Colorado it was only .589

Since the front office manages Boone from behind a computer screen, isn't there some analytic that the dweebs belive may be a positive? I don't think there was much given up and this guy has a good glove- but.............

I like the Rosario trade. He is the kind of veteran the Yanks used to bring in during the late 90’s.
Just a solid player. Can fill in at so many positions.
the Judge injury sucks. Need someone to step it up.

I check in from time to time now in this thread but for the most part stopped posting in it. These threads (including the Mets/Giants etc) have pretty much turned into mostly complaining rather than discussions. There are other places to go (or listen to - i.e. PodCasts) that are more interesting for me.

Thought I could help jump start this stagnet thread. My bad, I should have know it's hopeless.
WB is a bit weird that if it isn’t Yankees, super positive Yankees or negative Yankees, as long as he said it first- it’s trolling. Your post was just a good baseball story all fanbase should enjoy if you love baseball

Stupid thought, no surprise from a Mets fan though. Posting random posts about other teams players may interest the complaining Mets gang but does nothing for everyone else. Maybe you and Tango should start hanging together!

As I said he can put in the Mets thread. I'm sure the people on the Mets thread would love me posting random stuff in their thread. I haven't been on the Mets thread in 24 or 25. I guess he wants me to change that with his trolling and you seem to agree. So much about you just wanting to talk about Yankee stuff in the Yankees thread. I guess not!
BTW his post wasn't about the Yankees.

Lucky is the only way to describe tonight’s win. So many mistakes, none bigger than Wells not knowing how many outs there are in the bottom of the 9th in a tie game.

Some of these bums have to be brain dead.
It's like watching a 7U tee ball game.
Next we'll see Wells throwing to 3B on a dropped third strike.

Quite the roster Cashman has assembled.
