OT: Pork Roll or Taylor Ham?

Whatever you call it, it's damn good. Add a hash brown to it and now you have your meat and potatoes.

There was a diner that had both pork roll egg and cheese and Taylor ham egg and cheese on the menu. Only difference was the price. Pork roll was considerably cheaper. Owner said if someone wants to change the name of the product he can pay for it. Wish I took a picture of the menu.

If the menu says pork roll, call it pork roll. It it says Taylor Ham, call it Taylor Ham.

If anyone gives you a hard time, act like you’re from NJ and flip them off.
There's a lot to be said for this advice. I was in Denville and ordered "scrambled eggs and Pork Roll on a sesame bagel." What I got was scrambled eggs on a roll. I had to ask for the Taylor Ham (cringe) to be added.
