I always laugh when I think about Laurence Fishburne being Cowboy Curtis

He started out doing a cabaret act for adults using all the characters in his show for kids. It was great.

He voiced "Lock", one of the mischievous trick-or-treaters that kidnapped Santa Claus in "The Nightmare Before Christmas".

Meka Leka Hi Meka Hiney Ho, PeeWee, RIP

The word of the day is "dead". When we hear the word we scream real loud.
When I started dating the woman I'm now married to we were in our mid-20s (1987) and she had a 3-year old sister and we used to watch Pee Wee's Playhouse together. The little sister just thought it was fun, while we got all the adult humor. And we all loved saying Meka Leka Hi Meka Hiney Ho and for some reason, I started turning a small lamp shaped like an airplane on and off any time she would say those magic words. Was funny until one time we were at her house and threw a bit of a tantrum when the magic words didn't work, lol. Fun times and one of her earliest, fondest memories. Sad that he passed.

What about Kim Possible? Someone here once said he enjoyed watching Kim Possible with his kid so I checked it out and saw a bunch of them before I moved on. Like that.. surprised it did not go bigger with Disney.
