Lou Holtz took the ND alumni team to beat on Japanese players and then proclaimed that they would be National Champions if they had eligibility left. He is delusional and Day should know better.
Mel tucker And Day were tied for most hated but now Day is up there all alone with tucker gone. Franklin is sneaking up behind Day for some hatred.
Those uniforms were beyond awful. With the gold helmets, the whole thing looked like a clown suit.
I believe they only had 10 last 2 plays and aware of it on sideline.

I’ll have to watch it again, but the last play was on the goalline…. Jump offsides immediately and tackle the center before he hikes it or have the DT bat the ball out of the centers hand before it’s snapped. If he gets it off and they run the play and score whatever, but if you can temporarily kill their play and get a penalty, I think they could get the 11th man on the field. What the hell do I know.
