An old favorite I'd been posting about, DEFTF, starts trading on NASDAQ today, new symbol is DEFT. I got in at about 1.20, trading premarket at 4.30. This one is a homerun for me.
Ah i saw it popping didn’t know why. I own a little bit.

Definitely a good recommendation

Hmm. Nice dip for GLD due to the tariff deal, but we all know it will continue to grind higher. I will likely start buying futures at this level.

As for pharma. LLY below $700 is a nice starting point for a position. People still need to figure out what this announcement means. Likely not as much as we think, so the entire sector may rebound.

I’m loving it. Just keep pausing and we will be fine. It’s even helping with fixed income by pushing the 10 year higher.

I don’t have FOMO. It’s 4.5% to you but over 9% to me. I refuse to take all the risk and share 50% of the gains with the government
It's 4.5% to you as well (but nice try). Plenty of ways to legally mitigate taxes.

SALT cap to 30k. That’s free 10k right there. Wish it was higher but I’ll take it.

ETA Income restriction to the higher cap. That’s some BS.

I bet it ends up reset to $50k. This item is still under negotiation.

But I believe there is a phase out beginning at 400k of AJI that eventually drops it back to 10k. Not sure of the details.
That was proposed, but rejected by the SALT crew. Remember, the SALT crew has the upper hand. Do nothing and the entire cap goes away on Jan 1.
