Unusual to see C outperform other banks like JPM.
Thanks for posting, will check it out. I hold 14 individual stocks (including my current company via options/RSUs), but this only represents about 5% of our investment assets. Everything else is funds and ETFs. Honestly, as I get more and more knowledgeable and comfortable with leverage ETFs plays, I may get rid of some stocks to focus on these 2x and 3x market/sector opportunities.I know a lot of folks here trade fairly frequently and I’m not trying to talk anyone out of their investment strategy but here is an article that I found interesting. It looks back and discusses how “top” companies change over time and the possible pitfalls of being under diversified. I do have about 18% of my portfolio in individual stocks but I’m basically buy and hold unless I see a fundamental change in the company or industry.
That’s an opinion piece and go look up some of the other stuff that Henderson has written…interesting law professor. And From what I’ve seen, “most” actually support Twitter’s position in some way, shape, or form. But it doesn’t really matter to me. I didn’t say Musk would pay hundreds of billions. But nobody wants to be entrenched in litigation for years whether you are worth $1M or $100B. The depositions, responses, court appearances, etc. are all a distraction to the many businesses he has. Not good no matter how you slice it.
In 3-4 years when this case reaches SCOTUS, Musk will be able to walk away with little to no penalty. He should be worried. See Chancellor Kathleen McCormick‘s ruling on specific performance in DecoPac. Forced a buyer seeking to walk to close, And she’s the Chancellor on this case.

Interstate commerce. Don't be dumb.Why
Are they going to rule the constitution never used the word twitter so contracts don’t apply

Give the gloomiest guidance so it’s mostly priced in and then beat even if the news is still not great.Solid quarter for NLFX (beat expectations on earnings, lower sub loses):
Currently a 7% pop on the stock. Let's see if that holds after the call.
Seems reasonable. Make the deal and all parties move on.Prediction by analyst on Fast Money on Twitter litigation. 4-5 billion from Musk…4 billions stock Musk has and 1 billion breakup fee.
I know some were saying it would get settled for less than the billion break up fee but I thought it would likely be more. I think that kind of deal is plausible.Seems reasonable. Make the deal and all parties move on.

Someone mentioned here a little while back, and I agreed with it, that a rally up to 4000-4100 level wasn't out of the question. It bounced off some support levels as well. Now it's hovering at the 50DMA and further rally up to that area mentioned is possible but if it went significantly beyond that I'd be surprised. Are people in FOMO mode?
I see that the master of coin sold 75% of the BTC holdings.Solid quarter for TSLA, especially with the China shutdown. Stock up a bit:

Leave it to Stankey to talk doom and gloom when they put up the most subs in 10 years. His CNBC interview made no sense unless you tell me he’s purposely trying to reduce the share price so he can take the company private and wipe out the dividend that is sucking the company dry. Why even go on CNBC if the stock tanks every time he opens his mouth?Questioned this awhile back, can you trust Stankey's projections. Free cash flow estimates reduced from 16B to 14B.
Every time he is scheduled for an interview, short the stock!Leave it to Stankey to talk doom and gloom when they put up the most subs in 10 years. Why do you get the idea that T is going private? I haven’t seen anything about that. This sounds like your M&A deals in the media space lol. Btw I do think M&A in media is possible and maybe even likely.Leave it to Stankey to talk doom and gloom when they put up the most subs in 10 years. Nah, I was just spit-balling trying to make sense of a situation that simply makes no sense. Every time the guys speaks, he makes AT&T sound like a train-wreck even when they put up good numbers. It’s almost as if he does it on purpose. Why do you get the idea that T is going private? I haven’t seen anything about that. This sounds like your M&A deals in the media space lol. I saw Tesla sold almost all of its BTC?Bad day for the TSLA haters.
Saw a headline..think it was 75%I saw Tesla sold almost all of its BTC?
I think you hate BTC more than TSLA, so maybe it was a good day for you?I saw Tesla sold almost all of its BTC?
I don’t hate BTC or TSLA. Although I do dislike Musk. Just makes no sense given the Technoking and Master of Coin. Just a Musk crypto pump and dump scheme.I think you hate BTC more than TSLA, so maybe it was a good day for you?
