Depends on your criteria. Commuting into NYC, or Philly for that matter, and there's no way they should dominate. Single 25 year old? No way they should dominate.
Def with that criteria only.

Being far away from the cities is a positive for many though

Disclaimer: I generally think these lists are mostly crap,
c'mon. why do smart people cite these lists? They are complete crap. Princeton Junction is a good choice because of what you can get to easily, not because of what it is.

It does have a strip mall with a good pizza place as I recall.

Loved in Greenbrook from age 13 til I married at 23. Can’t imagine it being ranked. Lots of expensive homes on the Watchung Mt. north of Route 22 which bisects township, pretty typical suburbia south of the highway.
